Duties

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment.
• Perform floor care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public spaces.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to meet guest needs efficiently.
• Handle janitorial tasks including waste removal, window cleaning, and deep cleaning of common areas to uphold hygiene standards.
• Follow established safety procedures during cleaning activities and operate cleaning equipment responsibly.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and guest safety.
• Maintain detailed records of rooms cleaned and supplies used to support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
• Prior experience with industrial cleaning equipment or custodial management is a plus.
