Duties

• Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations with fresh food items, ensuring presentation is appealing and inviting
• Serve guests with a friendly attitude, assisting with food selections and answering questions about menu options
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, counters, and buffet stations throughout the shift
• Restock food items and supplies promptly to ensure continuous availability during busy hours
• Follow food safety protocols diligently when handling food and beverages to uphold health standards
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any special requests or concerns
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting overall kitchen operations

Requirements

• Prior experience in fine dining, catering, or banquet settings is highly desirable
• Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
• Experience serving in a hospitality or food industry environment
• Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper hygiene practices
• Ability to work early mornings and adapt to flexible scheduling needs
• Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; dietary aide or catering background is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
