Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation meet established standards
- Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
- Operate kitchen appliances and equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation and service
- Assist with food handling, portioning, and basic food prep tasks to support smooth breakfast service
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while providing friendly in-person customer service
- Follow food safety management protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards
- Restock buffet stations, organize supplies, and assist with cleaning duties to uphold hygiene standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining, restaurant service, catering, or hospitality environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety sanitizing procedures
- Experience operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, toasters, coffee machines, and dishwashers
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person
- Ability to handle weight in the workplace safely and efficiently during food handling and cleaning tasks
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory counts
- Familiarity with wine knowledge or barista experience is a plus but not required
- Previous banquet or catering experience is advantageous
- A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail
