Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast items according to hotel standards, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, including replenishing food items as needed.
- Brew coffee and other beverages, ensuring they are served at optimal temperatures.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Handle food preparation tasks such as meat cutting and other necessary meal prep duties.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety practices (serv-safe required).
- Familiarity with coffee brewing methods and beverage service is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent guest services.
