Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve breakfast items in accordance with health and safety standards, ensuring a fresh and inviting presentation.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold cleanliness standards.
• Perform detailed floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to keep all areas spotless.
• Conduct routine janitorial duties across public spaces, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and dining areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
• Manage industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, utilizing appropriate equipment for deep cleaning projects.
• Follow established housekeeping procedures to ensure consistent quality and safety protocols are met.
• Assist with custodial responsibilities related to hotel operations or special events as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is highly preferred; familiarity with hospitality standards is a plus.
• Strong skills in cleaning techniques, floor care, and industrial cleaning methods.
• Knowledge of janitorial equipment and supplies to perform thorough cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards delivering outstanding guest service.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
