The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for the presentation of the hotels complimentary hot breakfast while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Stocks, maintains and cleans the breakfast areas.
- Retrieves and transports dirty tableware to the dish area
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests and resolves issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
- Assists the Breakfast Cook in preparing our complimentary hot breakfast when required.
- Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills
- Must be able to organize, plan ahead and manage workload.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
- Must have a positive and professional upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service to our guests.
- Shift is from 4am-12pm
- Weekends are required
- This position requires constant standing and walking. Frequent bending, squatting, handling and grasping. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs. Pushing and pulling is minimal.Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employement with Oasis Hotel.
