Unarmed Security Guard seasonal

NOW HIRING: UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS – FAMILY WATERPARK (SEASONAL)

We are seeking professional, reliable, and customer-focused Unarmed Security Officers to join our team for the summer season at a busy, family-friendly waterpark. This role requires individuals who can maintain a safe and welcoming environment while remaining calm, firm, and respectful in all situations.

Position Details:

• Seasonal Position (May 1st – August/September, depending on park operations)
• Outdoor work environment
• Customer-facing role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hourly patrols throughout the park
• Assist with bag checks at entry points
• Provide guest assistance and directions as needed
• Escort guests out of the park when required
• De-escalate conflicts quickly and professionally to ensure a positive guest experience
• Maintain a visible and proactive security presence

Requirements:

• Valid North Carolina Guard Card (REQUIRED)
• Valid Driver’s License (REQUIRED)
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and firm when needed

Attendance & Reliability:
We operate on a strict reliability standard.

• Punctuality is mandatory
• No-shows will result in immediate termination
• Vehicle issues or transportation problems are not accepted as excuses for lateness or absence
