Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of human resources practices and be adept at managing various HR functions. This role will involve supporting recruitment efforts, employee relations, talent management, and compliance with employment laws. The Human Resources Generalist will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our HR processes align with the organization's goals.
HR Generalist Duties
- Manage HR tasks within ADP, including personnel actions, position setup, and payroll processing.
- Assist with legal compliance, employee relations, offboarding, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain and update HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support leadership and staff in navigating HR policies and practices.
- Coordinate documentation and processes for FMLA, Workers’ Comp, and Short-Term Disability.
- Administer employee benefits, including open enrollment, plan changes, and compliance reporting.
- Serve as liaison to external benefits brokers and third-party administrators.
- Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and submit to finance for timely processing.
- Address employee benefit questions and ensure proper documentation in payroll systems.
Recruiting Duties
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels such as social media and job boards.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes for delivery drivers postions.
Other Duties
- Support ongoing HR initiatives and special projects.
- Contribute to fostering a supportive workplace culture.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and integrity in all matters.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of HR and/or benefits management experience.
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS strongly preferred.
- Must pass a drug screen, background check, and MVR
- Familiarity with trauma-informed practices in the workplace.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative platforms

Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
