**This is NOT a remote position and requires flexibility to work weekends, and be on-call.**
Forest Hill Heights, a premier, all-inclusive senior living facility where residents can live a longer, healthier, and more fulfilling life, is hiring an RN Case Manager.
The Nurse Case Manager is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating all case management activities with residents to evaluate the medical needs and to facilitate the overall health and wellness of the residents.
You will do meaningful work every day, that is heavily focused on administration and paperwork. However, this position does support the nursing department, so availability to help on the floor is required and that includes weekends and on-call.

Qualifications:
- Valid RN License in the state of MD
- Certified Case Manager preferred, willing to put through course for the right candidate
- CPR and First Aid required (we can help obtain, if necessary).
