What You’ll Do
- Patient Experience & Front Desk: Greet patients warmly, answer calls, and create a welcoming environment.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, cancellations, and daily clinic flow.
- Insurance & Financial Responsibilities: Verify benefits, collect payments, and communicate clearly with patients.
- Administrative & Clinic Operations: Maintain records, manage referrals, and support billing workflows.

Experience & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a medical or customer-facing role preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, and computer skills required.
