We are currently seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Scheduler to join out team.

- Create and maintain staff schedules
- Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts
- Communicate with staff regarding scheduling needs and changes
- Assist with call-outs and last minute coverage
- Support daily staffing operations as needed
- Maintain accurate records of staff information, attendance, and scheduling changes within databases
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
- Monitor staff availability, rack attendance and manage call-ins to ensure adequate staffing levels and coverage
- Creatively addresses scheduling challenges, adapt to last-minute changes from call-ins or emergencies and assist with shift swaps
- Assists the Director or designee in the recruiting, hiring, orientation and training of new employees
- Uses limited independent judgement to make decisions based on precedents and established guidelines. Knows when to refer issues to supervisor
- Encourages teamwork through cooperative interactions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous scheduling or administrative experience preferred
- Part-Time (hours may vary based on facility needs)
- Additional on-call pay available
