Are you a people person with a passion for hospitality? Residence inn by Marriott is looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests. Must be able to work 3pm -11pm and 11pm-7am shifts. You'll play a key role in creating a memorable stay by providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome Guests : Provide a warm, genuine greeting and manage the registration process efficiently.
- Manage Reservations : Handle bookings, cancellations, and room assignments using our property management system.
- Be the Local Expert : Offer helpful information on hotel amenities, local attractions, transportation, and dining.
- Problem Solve : Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests or concerns to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Financial Tasks : Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate billing records. Close all daily reports.
- Great Communicator : You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Multi-tasker : You can stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Tech-Savvy : You are comfortable using computers and eager to learn.
- Reliable Team Player : You are dependable and enjoy collaborating with housekeeping and other departments.
- Professional : You maintain a polished appearance and a positive, helpful demeanor at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
