We’re currently hiring for both Full Time Days (7:00am-7:30pm) and overnight shifts (7:00pm-7:30am) and are looking for nurses who want to be part of a supportive team while making a difference in the lives of our residents every day.

What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
- Respond to resident needs and provide support during your shift
- Provide direction and support to care team members
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Follow individualized service plans, community policies, and applicable regulations
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity and respect
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills
- Dependable team player who can also work confidently and independently
- Previous senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience is a plus
