Job description:
Provides auditing for Care Management team.
- Completes ongoing audits for the department as per current initiatives.
- Participates in quality and compliance projects/initiatives in support of departmental goals.
- Maintains and supports documentation, logs and data entry to monitor activity and/or outcomes in support of departmental goals as needed.
- Collaborates with Directors of Care Management to review, update and improve work-flows and materials to maximize opportunities for quality and compliant Care Management.
- Assists Directors of Care Management with Care Management related tasks/initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
