Job Summary:
You will provide leadership within team structure and assumes responsibility for the development, implementation, and evaluation of all administrative functions. Provide administrative support to clinical services as assigned by Clinical Director Team.
What You Will Do:
- Assist the Director with development of goals and outcomes of the department.
- Responsible for program development; develops department goals and works on the development of work-plan to achieve said goals
- Provide leadership within team structure.
- Provide guidance and supervision to staff through group supervision, individual supervision, in-service training and case conferences
- Ensure coordination of treatment services between the department and both internal and external providers
- Ensure that all documentation is complaint with all applicable standards, including DMHS, Medicaid as well as the agencies internal documentation policies
- Assure staff documents services in accordance with standards and ensures that client records are updated in a timely and competent fashion.
- Participate in special projects, trainings and committees throughout the department and agency at large
- Aid team to ensure all clients receive the appropriate services.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure all services are documented in accordance with billing and regulatory standards, while collecting consumer information and maintaining accurate demographic data.
What We Need to See:
- Educational Degree from an accredited college or university as required by program regulations & standards
- BSW or BA in a psychology and/or related field
- Two (2) years' experience in a mental health related field
- A valid driver's license and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance for primary drivers
