This is a full-time on-site role for a Controller, based in Jonesboro, AR. The Controller will oversee financial reporting, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations. The role includes managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and monitoring internal controls. Additional responsibilities involve supporting strategic financial planning and managing tax preparation and auditing processes.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Expertise in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tax Preparation
- Strong understanding of Internal Controls and Compliance
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is preferred
- Prior experience in real estate accounting or a related industry is a plus
