Recruiter – Racine/Kenosha Offices
We're looking for a high-energy Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you'll source, interview, and place candidates across semi-skilled, general labor. You'll also build strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Interview and match candidates to open roles
- Support client staffing needs and follow-ups
- Handle orientations, onboarding, and compliance
- Work between Racine and Kenosha offices
- 1st shift with partial late-night check-ins
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organized and able to do several things, work unsupervised with high productivity.
- Experience with recruiting or staffing is a plus
