Duties
- Bilingual Preferred (English and Mandarin)
- Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms using content management systems such as WordPress and other relevant tools.
- Implement SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools and keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase visibility.
- Create engaging content for product descriptions, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and promotional banners using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and graphic design principles.
- Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content creation, graphic design, HTML/CSS coding adjustments, and performance marketing initiatives to ensure seamless online shopping experiences.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics dashboards; adjust strategies based on data insights to improve ROI and achieve key KPIs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, e-commerce innovations, and platform algorithms to keep our strategies competitive. Skills
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, content creation, copywriting, and keyword optimization techniques.
- Experience with conversion optimization tactics to enhance user experience and increase sales.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign), and graphic design fundamentals.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEM strategies, and performance marketing tools.
- Expertise in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot for campaign execution.
- Ability to analyze data trends using analytics tools; strong problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns effectively.
