- Treatment specialty tracks include: General Psych, Assessment & Diagnostic, Substance
- Length of stay ranges from 3 – 9 months
- All patients meet criteria for inpatient mental health services
- Trauma-Informed Care treatment model that focuses on stabilization and reunification with
- In addition to the Therapist the multi-system treatment team includes; Psychiatrists,
The Therapist is a critical member of the treatment team, providing the following services:
- Individual, group, and family therapy sessions for a target full-time case loads of 8 patients
- Stabilization and crisis management
- Clinical lead in each client’s Individual Treatment and Discharge Plan
- Clinical Supervision, with opportunities to specialize in single or multiple treatment tracks
- Psychiatric Consultation
- Trainings and CEU’s
- Highly engage clinical and treatment teams
- Work with adolescents who deal with Intellectual and Emotional Disabilities

Requirements
- Virginia licensed, or licensable: LPC, LCSW, LMFT (supervision available for each)
- Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, risk assessment and crisis
- Able to provide weekly individual, family and group therapies.
- Able to display organization and time management skills to adequately manage all
- Competence in age related or specialty issues and developmental needs necessary
- Able to communicate directly and effectively with an interdisciplinary team
- Must maintain a high degree of confidentiality, display maturity, and respect
- Microsoft Office Software/Applications.
