We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate QMHP Program Manager to support daily office operations while providing quality mental health services to clients. This unique dual-role is perfect for someone who thrives in both administrative leadership and behavioral health support.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily office operations, scheduling, records, and staff workflow
• Manage office communications, supplies, vendors, and administrative efficiency
• Provide direct mental health support services to clients
• Complete assessments, monitor progress, and maintain clinical documentation
• Collaborate with treatment teams and support quality client care
• Ensure compliance, confidentiality, and trauma-informed practices
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
• QMHP certification/license or eligibility required
• 2 years of office management and/or behavioral health experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems
• Passion for helping others and supporting a positive workplace culture
