Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Outpatient Therapist based in Glen Allen, VA, with some flexiblility forremote work. The therapist will provide individual, create and implement treatment plans, and conduct mental health evaluations. Additional responsibilities include participating in weekly individual clinical supervision, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining proper documentation in alignment with professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in developing Treatment Plans and providing therapeutic interventions
- Social Work and Case Management skills, including client advocacy and crisis intervention
- Competence in imfividual therapy and counseling techniques
- Spanish speaking is plus
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active and unrestricted clinical license in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) or ability to obtain one or licensed as a Supervisee in Social Work
- Experience in culturally sensitive care and working with diverse populations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
