Hallmark Inns & Resorts is looking for a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet guests warmly and check them in and out efficiently
- Provide outstanding service throughout each guest’s stay
- Answer questions and assist with special requests
- Communicate with housekeeping and other departments about room status and guest needs
- Resolve guest concerns in a positive and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and cash handling
- Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and welcoming
- Follow all hotel policies and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable using computers (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with hotel property management systems (WebRezPro preferred but not required)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team
- Ability to work mid-day and evening hours
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Moderate noise level typical of a hotel environment
