What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Portland Airport?
Front Desk Agent/ Shuttle driver 24-40 hrs /week - Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record.
Reports to: Front Office Manager / General Manager
Qualifications:
- History of providing exceptional guest service.
- Excellent references from previous employers.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests as well as other team members, including reading, writing and speaking (Spanish speaking bi-lingual applicants a plus).
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record as there will be times driving the shuttle is necessary.
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Experience with the FOSSE property management system a plus but not a necessity.
- I am looking for someone Tuesday-Saturday 7-3pm and Monday & Tuesday Evening 3-11pm.
