- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow established protocols for sanitation and safety to uphold health standards across all areas.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain property standards.
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms.
- Support the housekeeping management team in training new staff and maintaining efficient workflow.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments with a focus on housekeeper duties.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and industrial cleaning methods.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable for understanding guest service expectations.
