Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on the hotel and equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
- Execute hotel painting projects to maintain facility aesthetics and protect surfaces from wear and tear.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and schedule future tasks efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal guests requests promptly and professionally.
- Lead or collaborate with team members on maintenance tasks, demonstrating leadership qualities and ensuring team safety.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, schematics, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a maintenance or manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate clear instructions and documentation.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces safely.
