Job Title: SAP PM Functional Consultant

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Plant Maintenance (PM) to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing support activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes, along with strong integration knowledge across SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP PM Implementation & Support
• Gather and analyze business requirements and configure SAP PM module accordingly
• Implement and support Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance processes
• Configure and manage:
- Maintenance Planning
- Work Orders & Notifications
- Scheduling and execution
• Support incident management, change requests, and enhancements
Configuration & Functional Expertise
• Configure and maintain:
- Equipment Master & Functional Locations
- Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Maintenance Task Lists & Maintenance Plans
• Troubleshoot PM-related issues and provide effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with organizational and audit standards
Integration & Data Management
• Work on integration with:
- MM (Materials Management)
- PP (Production Planning)
- FI (Finance)
• Support data migration activities using:
- LSMW
- BDC
- IDocs
Testing & Deployment
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and UAT support
• Support SAP upgrades and S/4HANA migration projects
• Provide end-user training and documentation
Collaboration & Leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Lead or support SAP PM implementation projects
• Mentor junior team members and drive knowledge sharing
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
• Expertise in Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance
• Hands-on experience in work orders, notifications, and scheduling
• Strong knowledge of Equipment Master, Functional Locations, and BOMs
• Experience with Maintenance Plans and Task Lists
• Experience with S/4HANA PM environment
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with LSMW, BDC, and IDoc interfaces
• Strong integration knowledge with MM, PP, and FI modules
• Experience in SAP upgrades and migration projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• 6–10 years of experience in SAP PM functional roles
• Proven experience in SAP PM implementation and support
