The Administrative Specialist under general supervision, works within a specialized function with work verified on an as needed basis.
- Pay Rate: Up to $23.00/hour, depending on experience.
- Assignment Length: 2-year contract with a high possibility of extension and/or conversion based on performance and other factors.
- Shift Details: Monday - Friday | 9hrs/day
Responsibilities:
- Reads and interprets documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and service orders.
- Writes routine reports and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 4–5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in performing basic numerical, statistical, and financial analyses.
- Strong general computer literacy.
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Ability to identify, source, and verify correct components for equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
- Proven ability to multitask and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
