You will be directly responsible for monitoring follow ups with potential customer leads received via internet, phone, and visits to the dealership. Outstanding customer service skills are required. Responsibilities • Use interpersonal skills to build rapport and set appointments for sales departments • Follow-up with customers through follow-up phone calls and email to ensure satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Qualifications • previous customer service / BDC experience is preferred but not required• Previous sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales is a plus • Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person") • Excellent follow up skills.
