The Position
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to provide hands-on care and support to our residents during short-hour shifts. This position is especially focused on assisting residents with showering, personal hygiene, meal assistance, and other activities of daily living while promoting their dignity, comfort, and independence. - Assist residents with showering, bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Provide hands-on assistance with meal assistance and meal-time activities, including helping residents who require support with eating and drinking.
- Assist residents with toileting, transfers, positioning, and other activities of daily living.
- Monitor residents during personal care and meals and report changes in condition to the appropriate nursing staff.
- Communicate effectively with nurses and other members of the care team and complete required documentation accurately and timely
- High School Diploma or equivalent. / Minimum age of 18.
- Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification with the State of Hawaii
- Current and valid 2 Step TB clearance and health review (can be done in-house).
