Workday Systems Lead - Up to $140,000 Bonus - Hybrid, LA
We are working with a leading global organisation that is investing heavily in its HR technology landscape and is looking to appoint an experienced Workday professional to become the go-to expert for its Workday platform.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a well-established Workday environment, lead exciting enhancement and implementation projects, and partner with stakeholders across the business to shape the future of their HR systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of Workday enhancements and new functionality across the platform.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy new Workday functionality across multiple modules.
- Manage Workday security, user access, and security groups.
- Act as the internal Workday subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to key stakeholders.
Role Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on Workday experience with broad platform knowledge.
- Experience delivering the full Workday lifecycle, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing and deployment.
- Strong understanding of Workday security and user administration.
- Exposure to multiple Workday modules.
