Payroll Specialist - up to $115,000 - Hybrid, RI
We are working with a growing organization that is looking to add a Payroll Specialist to its team. This role is ideal for someone with Workday payroll experience who enjoys supporting end-to-end payroll processing, improving processes, and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll using Workday, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery.
- Serve as the primary resource for Workday Payroll, providing guidance and support to internal payroll teams.
- Assist with payroll tax and garnishment processes, working alongside implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
- Review existing payroll procedures and help develop improved workflows within the Workday environment.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Assist with year-end payroll activities, including payroll reconciliations and tax reporting.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience processing end-to-end payroll.
- 2 years of Workday experience.
- Knowledge of multi-state payroll processing and payroll compliance requirements.
- Understanding of payroll taxes, garnishments, and payroll tax systems.
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
