Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales excellence through deep product expertise, relationship-driven selling approaches, and a genuine enthusiasm for luxury merchandise
- Contribute to team success in meeting boutique sales objectives while fostering a collegial and professional atmosphere
- Attend exclusive client gatherings, trunk shows, and private appointments as needed
- Uphold pristine boutique standards, encompassing visual displays, stock arrangement, and overall aesthetic presentation
- Provide outstanding, tailored service to affluent clientele, crafting unforgettable luxury retail experiences that cultivate enduring relationships
- Process all sales transactions with precision and confidentiality while exercising careful attention to every detail
- Develop thorough familiarity with the complete product assortment, including exclusive specialty pieces
- Oversee inventory control and stock management
- Exhibit extensive knowledge of product lines, materials, artisanal techniques, and brand legacy
Required Qualifications
- Polished personal appearance and professional conduct befitting luxury brand expectations
- Exceptional ability to forge and sustain lasting client connections
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury boutique retail sales
- Availability to work retail schedules, including weekends, holidays, and special occasions
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities with a talent for genuinely engaging sophisticated clientele
- Excellent organizational capabilities and precise attention to detail
- Established history of meeting and surpassing sales targets in luxury retail settings
- Prior experience with specialized luxury merchandise in a boutique environment
- Proficiency with retail and digital sales technologies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary education
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually
