Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail boutique sales
- Refined personal presentation and professional manner consistent with luxury brand standards
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous focus on detail
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to authentically connect with sophisticated customers
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and special events
- Verified success in achieving and exceeding sales objectives in luxury retail
- Proven capability to establish and nurture enduring client relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced education
- Familiarity with retail and digital sales platforms
- Background in selling specialized products within a luxury boutique setting
