Halco currently has an opening for a Residential Spray Foam/ Insulation Foreman to help meet our customers' needs throughout the Finger Lakes region.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced  crew lead to join our team and receive a base pay plus a pay-for-performance bonus.

We are seeking experienced spray foam/ insulation crew leads for this position. Our rigs combine both spray foam and cellulose on the same rig. 

Residential Spray Foam Technicians are responsible for conducting residential retrofits along with energy efficient improvements for our customers. We fix old homes and do very little new construction.

These improvements may consist of applying spray foam insulation, blowing in cellulose, and general air-sealing work along with basement window/door replacements.

Qualified candidates will be expected to…….

-Possess your own hand tools
-Be very agile with the ability to work in tight attics and crawl spaces
-Be organized, efficient and punctual
-Possess a valid NY State driver’s license

-Pass a medical physical to be able to wear and work with a respirator.
-Have the physical ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently
-Understand how to provide exceptional  customer service on a level that will both maintain our existing customer base and attract new clientele
-Have strong leadership characteristics, along with problem-solving and decision-making skill sets
-Possess the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
-Maintain a clean and professional appearance and positive attitude
-Have an understanding of carpentry, construction or other skilled trades/general "handyman" knowledge

Compensation:

Our spray foam technicians are paid an hourly wage plus pay for performance production bonus. Our spray foan/ insulation foreman can expect to earn $100,000 plus per year.
