What are the responsibilities and job description for the Healthy Homes Care Coordinator (LPN/MA) – Pediatric position at Halcyon Inc?
Job Overview
Halco Home Solutions is seeking a licensed LPN or certified Medical Assistant with a pediatric background to join our growing team as a Pediatric Care Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to bring your clinical skills into the home environment and directly improve the health and safety of the families we serve.
