Job Summary
Tiger Star Construction is seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to lead and supervise field crews on active construction sites. The Foreman will work under the direction of the Project Manager or Superintendent and is responsible for daily crew coordination, productivity, quality control, and adherence to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead construction crews performing civil works, formwork and scaffolding, carpentry, rebar, MEP, and steel structure activities
Report to the Project Manager or Superintendent regarding daily progress and site conditions
Assign daily tasks, provide hands-on work guidance, and monitor crew productivity
Coordinate and oversee subcontractor crews as directed
Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met
Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are used properly and efficiently
Support and enforce jobsite safety and company policies
Communicate effectively with crew members to resolve field issues
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, Lead Hand, or similar role
Strong knowledge of construction methods and trade coordination
Ability to read and understand construction drawings and work plans
Leadership skills with a hands-on approach
Spanish language skills preferred for some U.S.-based hires
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform and supervise physical construction work
Ability to work outdoors and in active construction environments
