Job Summary
Tiger Star Construction is seeking a reliable General Construction Laborer to assist with various tasks on active construction sites. The Laborer will support skilled trades, maintain work areas, and help ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist skilled trades such as carpenters, masons, and welders with materials and tools
Load, unload, and transport construction materials on site
Perform site preparation, clean-up, and organization of work areas
Operate basic hand and power tools as needed under supervision
Follow instructions to support construction activities efficiently
Assist with concrete, demolition, and earthwork tasks as required
Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized job site
Report hazards, safety concerns, or maintenance issues to supervisors
Qualifications
Prior construction experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and assist skilled trades
Good physical stamina and work ethic
Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials is a plus
