Weekend Supervisor RN
Job Summary:
Hadley Pointe for Nursing Rehab and Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Weekend Supervisor every other weekend. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of our residents, ensuring exceptional patient outcomes, and maintaining a high level of quality care.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and developing individualized care plans
Supervise and direct the activities of other nursing staff, including licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and support staff
Coordinate with other departments, such as therapy, social work, and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports
Assure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Ability to work every other weekend, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed
