Job Responsibilities:
Make rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
Prepare and administer medications as required
Administer treatments and consult with physicians
Communicate with director of nursing and staff
Job Requirements:
Long-term care experience preferred
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Massachusetts
Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Work Schedule:
