Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all nursing operations, clinical quality, and resident care
Ensure compliance with CMS, DPH, and regulatory standards
Lead survey readiness, surveys, and plans of correction
Manage nursing staff: hiring, scheduling, development, and retention
Drive QAPI, infection control, and performance improvement initiatives
Collaborate with interdisciplinary and regional leadership teams
Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts RN license (BSN preferred)
5 years of nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing/rehab
Prior DON or Assistant DON experience required
Strong survey, compliance, and team leadership background
