Responsible for leading the development of engineering solutions and early planning across Product, Process, and Tooling to enhance manufacturing characteristics. Manages multiple projects simultaneously and oversees the development of other engineers.

Responsible for leading the development of engineering solutions and early planning across Product, Process, and Tooling to enhance manufacturing characteristics. Manages multiple projects simultaneously and oversees the development of other engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead feasibility studies for Body Frame Weld equipment from styling sketches to initial drawings.
- Develop and verify New Model Weld Equipment specifications and process plans.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure design and production success.
- Support problem analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions.
- Research future development methods and influence process improvements.
- Mentor and coach less experienced engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of engineering experience, with expertise in Equipment/Tool development and Honda manufacturing preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, technical knowledge of Body in White, and experience with New Model development.
- Ability to work on the production floor and willingness to travel.
