- Identifying root causes and implementing countermeasures for complex issues.
- Analyzing data to pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Conducting studies on project and plant characteristics.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to develop solutions and execute countermeasures.
- Managing mass production projects.
- Developing processes from drawings and understanding new manufacturing methods.
- Engaging with production teams and counterparts across plants to facilitate change management.
- Performing data trend analysis to support decision-making.
- Maintaining and achieving production targets related to budgets, efficiency, quality, and delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- 0-6 years of relevant experience, including internships or co-op terms.
