Small Commercial Admin InternDepartment: Small Commercial 
Schedule: Internship/Full-Time

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Small Commercial team this summer. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction administration, project support, and day-to-day operations within a fast-paced commercial environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative support to the Small Commercial team
• Help maintain project files, documentation, and internal tracking logs
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and following up on action items
• Support bid-related and project-related administrative tasks
• Help organize subcontractor, vendor, and project information
• Assist with other departmental and project support tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Construction Management, Business, or related program
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; construction software experience is a plus

Development Admin
Department: Development
Schedule: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Development Administrator to support our Development team. This role will assist with project coordination, documentation, communication, and administrative processes that help keep development projects moving efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative support to the Development team
• Assist with project documentation, tracking, and file organization
• Coordinate meetings, prepare notes, and help manage follow-up items
• Support permitting, procurement, and general project coordination tasks
• Help maintain schedules, reports, and project records
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners as needed
• Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned

• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
