Hadco Construction is seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our Maintenance team! This position focuses on the service, repair, and upkeep of van trucks, box trucks, and pickup trucks used across our construction divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair gas and diesel engines on light- and medium-duty fleet vehicles
- Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, brake jobs, and tire replacements
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
- Conduct inspections and document repairs accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as an automotive mechanic (fleet or construction experience preferred)
- Proficient in diagnostics and repair of gas and diesel engines
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- Must have own basic tools
- Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented
