Hadco Construction is seeking a Project Manager to support and lead projects within our Development/Mainline division. This role is responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through close-out, partnering closely with Superintendents, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
This position is ideal for a Project Manager who is ready to take full ownership of projects while continuing to grow in leadership and technical depth.
Qualifications:
Manage construction projects from award through close-out

Coordinate with Superintendents to align schedules, manpower, materials, and sequencing

Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls

Manage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation

Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders

Lead project meetings with owners, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams

Ensure compliance with safety standards, plans, specifications, and quality requirements

Collaborate with accounting on billing, pay applications, and job cost reporting

Identify and proactively resolve project risks and issues

Support and mentor junior project staff as needed
Qualifications

4 years of experience in construction project management

Experience with Development, Mainline, Heavy Civil, or Underground Utility projects preferred

Strong understanding of schedules, budgets, and job cost management

Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts

Proficient with project management and construction accounting software

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred (Not Required)

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Experience managing multi-phase or infrastructure projects

Familiarity with Utah construction practices and regulations
