Office Assistant
Our wonderful park is in need of a part time Office Assistant. Some of the tasks of the Office Assistant position are as follows:
Job Description:
1. Assist with resident questions/concerns
2. Send notices via mass text messaging
3. Maintain website
4. Be a positive and kind representative of the mobile home community to inquirers and residents alike.
5. Water plants around clubhouse
6. Do additional tasks as may be necessary, such as:
- Contact contractors as needed for estimates or repairs
- Familiarize yourself with the emergency plan
- Pick up trash found on streets and common areas (pool area, trash area, clubhouse area, etc)
- Inspect and clean clubhouse, bathrooms and gym.
- Walk or drive the park on golf cart and report any water leaks or other issues.
- Hold monthly safety meetings to ensure safe work practices.
This is a learn-as-you-go role with real-time training and guidance from the Park Manager. We do not have a formal classroom-style training program, but you will receive plenty of support as you learn the position.
Employee's duties include any reasonable task, that may not be listed above as deemed by the property manager.
