What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Key Termite & Pest Control?
This is an entry level office position. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, is willing to learn, is able to multitask and has close attention to detail.
**** Previous experience is not required and there is a potential for growth. ***
Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Processing state termite reports. This involves drafting a multi-page document that includes a detailed diagram and description of findings and information from the initial termite inspection.
- Assisting other staff with various tasks, including but not limited to collecting mail from the post office, filing, billing, scheduling, etc.
- Provide excellent & efficient communication by answering phones, greeting customers, responding to emails and taking voicemails.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
