Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and assist customers, identifying their needs and offering solutions.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to communicate features and benefits effectively.
- Support sales goals by promoting products and upselling when appropriate.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Accurately and efficiently process transactions using the point-of-sale system.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, escalating when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and contribute to a positive work culture.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting counts.
- Support promotional activities and special events to drive engagement and sales.
- Follow company policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
Education & Experience
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Retail experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
