Habitat Cleaning Company is growing fast, and we're building our core cleaning team as W2 employees -- not 1099 contractors -- so you get a steady schedule, reliable hours, and know exactly what to expect on payday.
We especially need weekday availability (Monday-Friday) right now, though both full-time and part-time schedules are available.
What you'll do: Clean occupied and vacant residential homes to a consistent, checklist-based standard, including standard cleans, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans. Follow the routes and schedule we provide -- no need to find your own clients or manage billing. Communicate professionally with clients and our scheduling team. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance on every job.
What we offer: $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Keep 100% of your tips and bonuses -- never averaged into your pay. All cleaning equipment and supplies provided, including vacuum and mop -- nothing to buy or bring. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling. Referral bonus program. Requirements: Reliable personal vehicle. Smartphone for scheduling and route communication. Authorized to work in the United States. Must pass a background check. Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required -- we train. Weekday (Monday-Friday) availability strongly preferred.
