DUTIES:
- Clean occupied family homes, move-in/move-out properties, and Airbnb rentals
- Standard and deep cleans: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, baseboards, blinds, cobwebs, dusting, and more
- Complete each job to our quality checklist and photo-confirm completion
- Communicate arrival, completion, and any issues through our scheduling app
- Represent Habitat Cleaning Co. professionally in clients' homes
REQUIREMENTS:
- Paid residential cleaning experience
- Your own reliable vehicle (not shared)
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Smartphone (for scheduling, job details, and photo confirmation)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. as an independent contractor (W-9/1099)
